The cleared blood returns to the heart and recirculates through the body again. Excessive waste and liquid will be discharged from the kidneys in the form of urine. The healthy kidneys maintain the body's fluid balance by removing excess fluid from the body. Usually, the liquid content of women is about 55% of the total body weight, while men maintain about 60% of the total body weight. The kidneys maintain this proportion by balancing the relationship between the amount of fluid discharged from the body and the amount of fluid entering the body.
The liquid that enters our body includes drinks and high liquid foods (such as soups) that we drink and so on. If we drink a lot of liquid, healthy kidneys can remove the excess parts, them we will urinate a lot of urine. If we drink less liquid, the kidneys will keep the liquid.
